NMX

NMX, a contract research partner, supports drug discovery targeting biological macromolecules of therapeutic interest, including RNA. To achieve this, NMX is able to produce these macromolecules (in vitro transcription for RNA), purify them by chromatography and then screen a library of small molecules to identify potential ligands.

The interaction is then characterized by a variety of biophysical methods, including NMR, ITC, MST and DSF, in order to select the molecules offering the best potential for the desired modulation of the biological effect associated with the macromolecule.
